Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including postal delays or adverse weather conditions.
All orders are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. A signature may be required upon delivery. We cannot be held responsible for packages not received due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with our delivery provider.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. Once medication has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds under UK pharmacy regulations, as dispensed medicines cannot be resold or reused.
If your prescription request is declined by our clinical team, you will receive a full refund of the consultation and medication fee within 5 to 10 working days.
